Introducing the veloToze Neoprene Shoe Cover with Waterproof Cuff, designed to keep your feet warm and dry in cold, winter weather. Waterproof, windproof performance neoprene protects your feet and shoes from the elements. Patented design uses no zippers and fastens with reinforced straps under your shoe. Kevlar toe pad protects the shoe cover from wear and tear. 

Included Waterproof Cuff ensures rain doesn't enter from the top of the shoe cover. They are made of a flexible, waterproof material that forms a seal with your leg to keep rain from entering the top of your shoe cover. The Waterproof Cuff (also sold separately) is designed to be used with the veloToze Neoprene Cycling Shoe Cover, but will work with most neoprene cycling shoe covers. 

They are designed for -5 C in dry, sunny weather to 15 C in wet, rainy weather.

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1: Put on sock

    2: Pull shoe cover/overshoe on over sock

    3: Ensure closure at bottom of shoe cover is open

    4: Put on cycling shoe

    5: Fasten Kevlar straps under shoe

    6: Adjust around ankle, cleats and heel pad. Ensure no part of shoe cover is over cleats or heel pad.

    7: Pull on veloToze Waterproof Cuff and place top end against your skin and bottom end over top of shoe cover

    • Hand wash with cold water, air dry
    • Do not bleach. Do not iron.
    • Store out of direct sunlight

    PRO TIPS

    • In heavy rain, use with veloToze Waterproof Cuff
    • Place Waterproof Cuff against skin above shoe cover. If placed on leg warmers or other fabric, water can seep into shoe cover from wet fabrics.
    • If water is entering through vent holes on the bottom of your shoe, remove insole from shoe and place tape or waterproof material over vent holes during rainy season. 

    CAUTION:  THE WATERPROOF CUFF CONTAINS NATURAL RUBBER LATEX WHICH MAY CAUSE ALLERGIC REACTIONS.

    ORDER CANCELLATION

    All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

    RETURNS

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    It must also be in the original packaging.
    Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or replacement for your ordered products if:
    you did not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5-day processing)
    you have received a wrong item you may return unused products within 30 days of purchase
    *Customers returning goods are responsible for freight charges Returns can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice. Please provide your order numbers when you return a product.
    We do not issue the refund if:
    your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
    your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster). *You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired.     HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

    All Returns must be processed using the following terms below.
    Send them to us exactly as you received them in a new and unused condition.
    If the item is removed we may not be able to refund you.
    Get them back to us within 15 days of receipt Include your despatch note as proof of purchase.
    Please note this does not affect your statutory rights in respect of damaged or defective products.
    If you unpack your product and find it damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can arrange a return or exchange product for you.

    REFUNDS
    When returning your order to our warehouse it can take up to 14 days for your return to be processed. Please allow the full 14 days to pass before querying your return.
    Once your return has been processed you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will appear in your account within 5-10 working days.

    PRODUCT EXCEPTIONS

    Unless faulty, the following items cannot be cancelled or returned: bespoke, customised or personalised items items sealed for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed.
