All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

RETURNS

Love Cycling Tech offers 365 day free returns to customers on ALL items - we do not charge you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original product packaging.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or replacement for your ordered products if:

you did not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5-day processing).

You have received a wrong item

your item is not what you needed

you may return unused products within 365 days of purchase 

Returns can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice. Please provide your order number/s when you return a product.

We do not issue the refund if:

your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

There is no order information with the returned item and we cannot trace the customer who returned it.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Returns using this process are free of charge

Send them to us exactly as you received them in a new and unused condition. If the tag is removed we will not be able to refund you.

Get them back to us within 365 days of purchase

Include your despatch note as proof of purchase

Please note this does not affect your statutory rights in respect of damaged or defective products.

If you unpack your product and find it damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can arrange a return, exchange or store credit for you.

REFUNDS

When returning your order to our warehouse it can take up to 2 days for your return to be processed. Please allow the full 10 days to pass before querying your return.

Once your return has been processed you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will appear in your account within 5-10 working days.

PRODUCT EXCEPTIONS

Unless faulty, the following items cannot be cancelled or returned:

bespoke, customised or personalised items

items sealed for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed

RECYCLING

We send all items in recyclable packaging and keep packing materials down to a minimum.

RWD Racing Brake Fluid is not like any other brake fluid. Developed for motorsport racing applications, their proven formula is engineered to excel at very high operating temperatures. It must have a high boiling point to avoid vaporising in the lines. Vaporisation is a problem because vapour is compressible and negates hydraulic fluid transfer of braking force.

RWD Mineral Oil
This is a petroleum based brake fluid. Mineral oil has a stable lifespan and will not absorb water like Glycol based fluids. Any water entering a mineral oil system forms pockets and may lead to corrosion. It is essential that mineral oil brake systems are flushed every 12-18 months to prevent any long term damage.

Dot 4 Racing Brake Fluid
With a boiling point well in excess of 300 degrees, fluid boil and vapour lock should be a thing of the past. The low viscosity of the Racing Brake Fluid is essential to ensure a good bleed, lubricity is vital for system efficiency and compression, giving superior performance every time you pull on the brake lever. RWD brake fluid conforms to DOT 4 specifications and is suitable for all Glycol based systems. It is designed for racing applications but can be used as a direct replacement for standard brake fluid.

Brake fluid is not considered a 'top up' fluid. If it is low, there is usually a problem. Brake fluid level in the master cylinder will drop as pads wear and the pistons extend further to compensate. This added fluid may need to be removed when renewing pads. Overspill from pushing back pistons should be avoided, because glycol based fluids will quickly lift or strip paints and other coatings on contact. Brake fluid may also be low because of a leak, which could result in a loss of hydraulic pressure and consequently, a significant loss of braking ability.
