All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
RETURNS
Love Cycling Tech offers 365 day free returns to customers on ALL items - we do not charge you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original product packaging.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or replacement for your ordered products if:
you did not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5-day processing).
You have received a wrong item
your item is not what you needed
you may return unused products within 365 days of purchase
Returns can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice. Please provide your order number/s when you return a product.
We do not issue the refund if:
your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
There is no order information with the returned item and we cannot trace the customer who returned it.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Returns using this process are free of charge
Send them to us exactly as you received them in a new and unused condition. If the tag is removed we will not be able to refund you.
Get them back to us within 365 days of purchase
Include your despatch note as proof of purchase
Please note this does not affect your statutory rights in respect of damaged or defective products.
If you unpack your product and find it damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can arrange a return, exchange or store credit for you.
REFUNDS
When returning your order to our warehouse it can take up to 2 days for your return to be processed. Please allow the full 10 days to pass before querying your return.
Once your return has been processed you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will appear in your account within 5-10 working days.
PRODUCT EXCEPTIONS
Unless faulty, the following items cannot be cancelled or returned:
bespoke, customised or personalised items
items sealed for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped and can check on your order anytime using your tracking number.

Rubber Strap Y9:
Replacement Lezyne LED lights mounting strap for the new Year 9 (2015) Hecto XL, Micro XL, Macro XL, Power XL lights.
Handlebar Mount Adaptor:
This attachment bolts onto to the underside of the Year 9 (2015) Power Drive and Macro Drive, replacing the rubber strap, which allows the light to be attached to the bar with either the composite or aluminium handlebar mount (not included).
Handlebar Mount Alloy 25.4mm:
Easy tool-free fitting to 25.4 (standard MTB) handlebars. Move your light easily between bikes by having an extra bracket. CNC machined Alloy hinged clamp with Composite Matrix cradle fitting. Includes two rubber sizing shims to grip and protect handlebars. Fits all Year 5 (2011) lights and year 6 - 8 (2012-14) models Mini XL, Power XL, Super XL, Deca and Mega Lights.

Larger thumb screw knob with Allen key feature should extra tightening be needed. Move your light easily between bikes by having an extra bracket. Complete kit comes with both size clamps to fit and grip all handlebars.
