All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
RETURNS
Love Cycling Tech offers 365 day free returns to customers on ALL items - we do not charge you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original product packaging.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or replacement for your ordered products if:
you did not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5-day processing).
You have received a wrong item
your item is not what you needed
you may return unused products within 365 days of purchase
Returns can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice. Please provide your order number/s when you return a product.
We do not issue the refund if:
your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
There is no order information with the returned item and we cannot trace the customer who returned it.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Returns using this process are free of charge
Send them to us exactly as you received them in a new and unused condition. If the tag is removed we will not be able to refund you.
Get them back to us within 365 days of purchase
Include your despatch note as proof of purchase
Please note this does not affect your statutory rights in respect of damaged or defective products.
If you unpack your product and find it damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can arrange a return, exchange or store credit for you.
REFUNDS
When returning your order to our warehouse it can take up to 2 days for your return to be processed. Please allow the full 10 days to pass before querying your return.
Once your return has been processed you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will appear in your account within 5-10 working days.
PRODUCT EXCEPTIONS
Unless faulty, the following items cannot be cancelled or returned:
bespoke, customised or personalised items
items sealed for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time varies by location, Product & by shipping type selected.
We offer Next Day Delivery on specific products to UK Customers.
Your Shipping options and expected times will be displayed in and before checkout.
We aim to get your item you within 5 working days, location and shipping type dependant. We also aim to process and dispatch your order the same day to the next day but on occasion, during busy periods this may extend to 2 days. Some Items may take 5-7 working days - This will be advised of when selecting shipping for that particular item
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped and can check on your order anytime using your tracking number.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages. Although we do our very best to avoid this.
